Bugs in content types

I think I may have found a bug in the interactive video drag and drop. It appears that I must create all of the drop zones first. If I create a drop zone after I have created text, the drop zone will not have the text as a possible answer. It would make it easier if that was not the case. I had some drop zones that had a bunch of possible answers that I wanted to be able to copy and paste, but when I tried to paste new ones that already had the correct answers selected, it didn't recognize anything as possible answers. So then I had to start over.

I am having two videos and have a yes or no question attached to the video.

If the user answers "yes" it is a pass grade.

The second video should be available only if the user views and achieves a pass grade in the first video.

But even if the user answers "yes" the video activity is never marked complete.

I am attaching screenshots of all possible settings for video activity that must be marked complete if the user gets a pass grade.

I am trying to have two H5P videos (V1 and V2) in a Moodle LMS

I want the user to access V2 link only if he has watched V1 till the end.

I have already added restrictions , but the user is able to view the V2 link in the navigation panel once he clicks the V1 link  though he hasnt started to view the video.

In the screenshot link for VSheet & Flares.RMDL_1 is already available for the user even if the user hasnt watched  Fire Fighting Equipment.RMDL_1.
