Bugs in content types

Platform: Moodle 3.4
Desktop
Browsers: Chrome, Safari
H5P plugin version 1.14
H5P content types: Interactive Video (not sure which version, but updated to the most recent version as of 1/17/2019)

Hi

I'm using interactive video content in Totara but when users try to view this in Safari they get the error "Video format not supported". It's shows ok in Chrome though.

The video has been uploaded in mp4 format.

Here are my specs;

PHP: 5.6.38
MySql: 5.6.41
Apache:2.4.37

Moodle 3.2.2+
H5P: V1.14
Interactive Video: 1.20.3
Interactive Video Editor: 1.20.3
Interactive Video: 1.17.5
Interactive Video Editor: 1.17.4

My Problem:

I recently upgraded from H5P V1.7 to H5P V1.14 , after successfully getting it to run using Moodle 3.2.2+ (found a fix on the H5P.org site for this).
