"Video format not supported" in Safari

Hi

I'm using interactive video content in Totara but when users try to view this in Safari they get the error "Video format not supported". It's shows ok in Chrome though.

The video has been uploaded in mp4 format.

Hi Stefan!

mp4 is just a container for different media formats, so it is possible that the video uses a video codec that's supported by Chrome, but not by Safari.
