Bugs in content types

I use Presentation to create a series of versioned hotspot-based quizzes. Some of the image files I upload and then overlay with hotspots are disappearing. It's seemingly random with the same image appearing in one instance and then unable to display in another. Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

I am using course presentation in a Wordpress environment. Sometimes using the drag and drop module, sometimes the image one.

After creating a presentation and looking at it everything seems in order. However, often when I check on it a day or two later it has missing images and audio files. I look on the server and the images are indeed not in the folder of the activityID. I have not detected a timeframe or why this happens.

I try on different Moodle sites, but I'm not able to activate Moodle activity completion on H5P Video Content.

We need to have "completion" only when user finish to play video, without quiz or final summary.
I think this is possible because is declared here: https://h5p.org/completion-settings
