Bugs in content types

I have used drag and drop several times, and there seems to be an issue.

After some time the task does not return any points, even when it has been answered correctly.
When I check the out this issue, i find that the check-box on the target has lost it's check-mark for the selected image.
This happens to all drop zones in the task.

i've created a interactive video, then i've downloaded on my computer. After that, i've uploaded the file in a moodle activity by the h5p plugins. the upload work but after the upload, there is something wrong because the details never appeared. There is a "loading, please wait message,"

when I insert the shortcode for a hotspot image into a wordpress page the ticks and crosses do not show correctly

when i test it in the dashboard area it works fine

I am using shortcode which is inserted into a test box with wpbakery/visual composer 

Any help would be much appreciated
