Bugs in content types

Hello - 

I have an interactive video which contains 10 questions that are popups throughout. At the end of the video, and after answering all of the questions, it seems like no grade is recorded in order to complete the activity. I am hoping to have my interactive video as complete when/if the student has answered at least 8 of the 10 questions correctly. 

Is there something I'm missing in order to achieve this?

I am using the course presentation content type on Moodle 3.4. There is a slide containing three interactive video buttons. When you click the button to open one of the interactive videos, the video plays normally. But if you exit out of the interactive video and return to it, the video plays but the playback bar no longer moves, and none of the interactions appear. This occurred on both Google Chrome and Safari.

I have attached the H5P file—the slide with the problem is Slide 6. Is there any way to fix this issue? Thank you!

I have updated every module in Moodle 3.3 to the new libraries and no one is working! Please help!
