Bugs in content types

I've just created an issue here: https://h5ptechnology.atlassian.net/browse/HFP-2038 but since the issue was created in the backlog of Jira and not assigned to a person, I assume I have to post the issue here as well in order to get a reply :):

Description:

I could not possible test how often this happens, but we get a couple calls about this a day. This happens with all multiple choice questions. The only other question type we have is true and false however, but they seem all to work perfectly.

1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen). Answer: Step 1) Begin playing the H5P interactive video with two summary questions. 2) Watch entire video until Summary section. 3) click Summary, answer questions - see screenshot. 4) Go to Gradebook, no values appear. 5) Check Results report for the activity, "Gradebook score: 100 out of 100" but nothing is displayed under "Your Answer" section.
