Bugs in content types

Hello,

It seems I can't access various tools which H5P provides and I would really like to be able to use them. Whenever I try to use tools like, but not limited to, Timeline and drag and drop. The error I get when I select them is the following; 

''Restricted content. The use of this content type has been restricted by an administrator.''

My question is how can I resolve this and access these tools?

This isn't really a bug more than a question regarding the .docx document that is generated from the export of the Documentation Tool. After I fill out my form and export the .docx document, the spell checker in my US version of Microsoft Word begins to mark many of the words incorrect.  I figured out the reason is because the template is using a French dictionary by default, so it doesn't recognize many of my english language words.

Not sure whether it's a bug, but when I create a column with questions and interactive videos interspersed with text, the grade is broken down to include the text content instead of scoring only the questions.

E.g. a column contains (3) multiple choice questions and (2) interactive videos for the students to answer. I also include (1) text and (1) image content type. Although there are 7 sections in the column, there are only 5 question/interactive sections. I set the maximum grade to 5 in Moodle.
