Bugs in content types

I have been trying to edit my content that is in the form of 'memory cards'. However, everytime I tried to edit it by selecting the edit function, the page doesn't load. This has been going on now for 2 days. 

I haven't updated my library since September and when I hit
update on the wordpress H5P Content Type Cache, it gives me this error:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds
Couldn't communicate with the H5P Hub. Please try again later.

Do I update manually?  If so, where can I get the file?

Under "Behavioral Settings", there is an option to restrict the number of cards used. According to the instructions, if one adds a number greater than 2, it will choose random cards from the list of cards. I have tried it several times, adding it as an embed through code and as an H5P shortcut. It always shows the full list of cards not the smaller set of 16 I want.

Any suggestions to get it to limit the number of cards to the number added in the field?
