Bugs in content types

I want to add words dragging questions to the slide page. But when I click from here, it doesn't work at all. When I prepare and load it with Lumi, nothing appears.

When I tried to update Installed Libraries it gives me these errors, please advise.

Hey I'd like to make Drag and Drop question in a question set, but it keeps loading forever with no results, the other options work just fine. Is there a way to check what's wrong and fix this? I have made this question in the past so I know it has worked.
