My drupal 7 site sends back an error when uploading and installing the "upgrade" package:

Status message

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

Do you see any error messages in the error log?

I'm confused - in the other thread, this forum, same issue, you told me I had to update my module. I'm having the same problem as this person. Where is 1.4? Does this mean I have to uninstall the module, delete everything, reinstall to "update" the module, then install the latest H5P content file? Shouldn't there be an upgrade path?

There is an upgrade path, but I think in the original post it was the same issue as you had, and in the next the module was updated and a new error occured. Didn't updating the module work for you?
