Dialog Cards : keep the turn button visible

Is it possible, in the Dialog cards to keep the "Turn" button visible in order to turn the card several times back and forth.

Hey Arnaud01,

Unfortunately, this is not possible today.

However, it should be quite easy to fix. Hopefully, this will be implement as an option in the editor sometime soon.
