Presentation content - Images get deleted after a period of time

Tried creating a presentation content type and uploaded some images to my presentation slides. After a certain period of time the images that i uploaded to the presentation got deleted. The images do not get instantly deleted but after a certain period of time. Has anyone come across the same issue? Your inputs are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi johnp,

I would admit this is really hard a nut to crack. I believe you do not have an exact timeframe when the images are deleted. But a few additional information may help.

  1. Steps to recreate the bug
  2. Platform you're using: Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle (version number would be helpful as well)
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type version
  7. Image type
  8. Is this consistent on all CPs that you have created or isolated to a few.
  9. If possible please attach an example H5P that has the missing image issue.

Hi,

In H5P there is a task deleting all temporary uploaded files older than 24 hours. A file is marked as non-temporary when the node is saved. On your site, this does not seem to be working. First of all, I need to know which version of the Drupal module you are using.
