No content showing

I've installed H5P on a wordpress multisite at the network level. On a new site running in a new folder I've created some H5P content. I can author content fine, but after the SAVE function I don't get the preview nor does it show on the live site on a page with the shortcodes. I just get a blank.

I am getting errors in the log:

GET http://h5p.csu.edu.au/tklapdor/files/h5p/cachedassets/94d01fef942501c135... net::ERR_ABORTED
GET http://h5p.csu.edu.au/tklapdor/files/h5p/cachedassets/94d01fef942501c135... net::ERR_ABORTED

I've done a quick search through the forums and can find the error but not a specific fix for it. I can't see any .htaccess files to adjust nor do I seem to have the same folder structure as previous issues.

Any suggestions?

Could you check the failing URL against your file system to see that the file exists?
If it exists the problem most likely is with the web server, i.e. a rewrite or blocked/hidden access.
If the file doesn't exist it could be a file permission issue.

Regarding your URL, it seems strange that it says /files/h5p/ and not /wp-content/uploads/h5p/

A ran a clean install of the Wordpress site and it seemed like the issue there. Logged a job with my host, Reclaim Hosting, and they diagnosed a problem with the deployment of Wordpress Multisite via Instalatron. Updating the .htaccess file with the network settings from Wordpress. Problem solved.
