I've created a hotspot activity called Plagiarism or not . It was working fine but has stopped working and I can't figure out why.

I'm not really sure what happened to your content but the good news is that I found what is causing the issue. The correct hotspots (4 of them) is missing the check on the "correct" option. I've fixed your content and attached the file here.
