Editor icons missing in ios

BV52's picture
phantastic tool. But I have one question: on ios I do not see the icons in the editor, just little rectangles. can you help? Thanks.
I am using a Mac and on some ocassions an Ipad to create/edit contents. Can you please provide more details on this issue? What browser are you using (version wouldbe helpful as well)? If you use a different browser are you getting the same issue?

thanks for answering. The problem seems to be bigger than I thought:

independent from browser the icons are not shown in any H5P content type I install. Also when editing (without the icons) and saving, the result is not shown and the place stays empty. Any idea? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,

sorry for the delay due to travel. Here some more details:

1. Immediately after installation of H5P, when downloading modules, the module looses its icon (see pic). When editing, e.g. in the course presentation module, the icons are missing (see pic). The contents are also not shown in the course (white space).

2. Platform: Using Moodle Vers. 3.4+ Theme: BOOST

3. Desktop

Browser: All

5. Newest version (downloaded today)

6. Newest version (downloaded today)

Thanks for your support

Hi Oliver,

Thank you for the additional information. Can you try rolling back to the default Moodle theme and disable boost. There have been some cases that customized themes causes undesirable results in other plugins not just H5P. If the issue persists can you double check if you have errors in the browser console (ctrl+shift+J in Chrome).

Hi, Thanks. Seems we are getting closer... Used the standard theme: No change.

Checked the errors:

It can not find the files... Seems that with the standard installation something went wrong?

It seems something went wrong with the initial installation. Try reinstalling the plugin and keep an eye on your server log in case of any errors.

You could also just try reinstalling the content types as described in my comment here, or enabling the extra debugging while installing.
