Moodle Error

When I try to upload to a Moodle implementation on AWS, I get the error: Could not get posted H5P

The file is 26M.

PHP maximum upload is set to 100M

I have attached a screenshot.

Any ideas or would any additional information be helpful?

It was actually an internal setting in Moodle and had nothing to do with PHP limits of my system.

I was able to adjust the maximum upload size within the Moodle admin.
