Course Presentation - embedded audio does not start automatically

Hi

When I add audio file in first slide, I check "Enable autoplay", but in presentation audio does not start automatically.

In second slide everything is ok, added audio starts as it should, and if I back to the first slide, audio starts.

How to do so and the first slide audio start automatically?

I guess that you might have discovered a bug. I've made an issue about this and we'll fix it but it will take some time before a fix is released.

Has there been any movement on fixing this issue? I am experiencing this issue as well.

Hi vkojin!

That's most likely an issue with browsers becoming more strict when handling autoplay (of audio), not with H5P. They will not play audio unless the user has interacted with the page before. Please compare e.g. https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes for details.
