replacing js files

Hi!

I want to add a new button to the H5P Action Bar and the most simple way to do this for me is to replace some of the original JS files with copies of them which contains my changes. And I want my changes to be protected from updates.

For this I want to use the H5P Mod Plugin.

How do I use this code to do this? For example to replace the h5p-action-bar.js file.
