Interactive Video markers not showing up on iPhone 4 or 5S

Hello there, we've just started using H5P and are loving the possibilities it's offering us. We've successfully used markers to create an interactive video, however the markers don't show up on iPhone 4 or iPhone 5S... works fine on iPad and Samsung android phone. Is there anthing we should be doing to ensure they show up all round? Thanks, Luci
