Disable Use H5P Hub and still has a beautiful editor select field

I want to the editor have the same interface even the h5p hub is disabled. Is that possible?

Thanks a lot for contributing your ideas on how to make H5P better! We’re now working on something called the H5P supporter program allowing the H5P community to vote for and fund the top voted H5P features. Also there are developers in the community who every now and then works on a feature they find interesting or useful.

Hi the reason why I want to disable the hub is to be able to use it even there is no internet connection, because in some cases if there is no internet connection you can't use some libraries and it requires to update them to be able to use it. How can I do this?

Hi lostinpond,

This is not possible not without changing the code. Furthermore I have been doing what you mentioned above without any issues. Afaik the only time that the plugin require you to update is if there are major updates to the core files. Also it is always advisable to install the updates so that you can enjoy all the features of H5P and you have all the latest bug fixes.

Thank you for replying, Is there an updated feature of H5P when I disable the hub, it will still use the well designed editor?
This is what I'm searching about, how can I change the code? Is there a condition when the hub is enabled or not?
and yes I did the updates so that I can use the installed libraries.

Hi lostinpond,

There isn't a feature that lets you use the look of the hub when it is disabled. If you are planning to make changes to the code these documentations are a good place to start. Please note that any changes to the code with be overwritten when there is a new update to the plugin not unless you push your changes to the official code in github.
