Hello, thanks for this plugin.

I have an interactive video that I need to do 10,000 people, not all at the same time.

What settings do you recommend in php.ini for this in moodle?

it is a dedicated server of 64 ram and 4 cores.

This will depend on a lot of variables. I recommend that you run a load test in advance.
