Exercices titles replaced by exercice description

Hi everyone,

I am encountering problem since 2 days.
I am actually in internship in a apprentice training center and I had to create french exercises on the center's moodle.
I found that they added H5P as a tool to create exercices. 
I decided to create every exercise with it because I found that it creates very cool things.
Tuesday, I found that I've made some French grammatical errors in the description so I decided to rectify them. 
Each time I did a modification, when I came back to the course section, the title was replaced by the description of the exercise and sometimes the description became an URL... Even today it's doing it again.
I tried to referesh the page, delete my browser cache, to change Firefox for Chrome or Opera and I even tried to do the modifications on another computer and even on a macintosh, but nothing to do, always the same result.. As the little pen doesn't work to modify the title, I have to re-enter into the parameters of the exercise so as to modify the title...
