Acces Denied

The content I designed can not be viewed by others: https://h5p.org/node/87752. Het message ' Acces Denied' appears. Is there a way to fix this? I can't find anything in the settings to share or activate te content. Thanks for the help.

Hi Wesseliu,

We have been receiving a lot of spam as of late and to help us control them we set-up a spam filter on the site. Your content may have been inadvertently  unpublished by the filter but don't worry we regularly check it and re-publish contents that are not spam.

Hello,

I have same issue now. I have created two showcases (image hotspot and junxtaposition) and used CC0 pictures from Wikipedia. These two gave "acces denied" info to all visitors. Newly created content it is okay. Is it possible for me to download and reupload it on H5P so I could use it for presentations? Or could you please check and republish my content?

Hi Jan,

I'm afraid we do not republish contents anymore. Please note that H5P.org is only for trying out the tool, and at the moment we have a quite aggressive spam filter enabled. You could go to the getting started page https://h5p.org/getting-started to learn how to get started with H5P if they are done trying it out on H5P.org or sign up for a subscription in H5P.com.

Hi

I'm a beginner and puzzled. Made on Ouestion set with Pixabay pictures. Used getting started page. Access denied. Is it because of the pictures, since mine is a very simple multiple choice questionnaire? Deleting pictures didn't help. How can one even try out with this org-version?

Hi TarjaA,

Having images in the content should not cause this issue. I'm afraid I cannot provide exactly how the spam filter works since spammers may catch on and find workarounds.
