You must select a content type?

Hi,

I'm try to get H5P to work in Moodle. When I try to save the resource (I've been experimenting with Branching Scenarios) I get "You must select a content type." I have selected the content type. I know that Moodle has just been updated. Perhaps that's the reason I cannot save?

Thanks for any help.

Hi Martin,

I'm not really sure if the upgrade of Moodle caused the issue but if you can provide the information below it will help the community find a solution much faster:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Many thanks for your reply. IT now say they know about the problem and are updating Moodle. I will let you know if this fixes the problem. They say it will happen this week.

Our IT team had recently upgraded Moodle (presumably to the latest version). They installed some updates yesterday and these seem to have fixed the problem.

Thanks for your help.
