Import fails on our .com site

We have an instructor who created some activities on h5p.org that we're hoping to import on our SAS h5p.com site. We are able to download the file from the .org site, but when we try to upload and import it, we the the following errors:

Validating h5p package failed.

Missing required library H5P.MultiChoice 1.14Get help

Missing required library H5P.TrueFalse 1.6Get help

Missing required library H5P.CoursePresentation 1.21Get help

The "help" is one sentence that doesn't provide any guidance. When I'm in the administration section of "Manage Organization > Settings," it appears that all three question types are enabled and allow for import. Is the library version on the .org site too new for our .com site? When will our site be updated to allow imports?

Hi afreed,

Course Presentation was updated about a week ago. It takes about 2-3 weeks before these updates are released on H5P.com to make sure that there are no issues that emerges from these updates.

So we won't be able to import anything from H5P.org (that uses those library versions) until our site is updated?

Any update on timing of this? We're on hold as well and have been since 8/15/19.

The update to our .com site on September 25th allows us to import the content from .org now.
