Total score at the end of all types of tasks

Hi,

My question is can we have a column quiz ,for example, but we only have the total score when we answer all questions?

I would like to be able to create a column quiz with different questions but the student will have a total score when he/she finishes answering all the questions.

For some reason, I could not find any threads on this.
