Embeded Timeline is not there in IE11

Hi! I installed H5P on my WordPress site. Now I have a timeline (https://weknow-studienwerkstatt.de/test-h5p), that does not show up, when I embed the code in another site and watch it via IE11. With Firefox and Chrome it is no problem, but IE11 is the required browser for the learning application, where it is posted.

How can I make the timeline visible in IE11?

Thanks for your help. :-)

Hi WeKnow,

I can see the timeline using IE 11 on my end. I would suggest that you check the browser console for any errors which may give you a clue to what is causing the issue. Also try disabling browser add-ons which may be interfering with Timeline.

Hi BV, thanks for your answer. I obviously didnt describe the problem properly. The timeline is fine at my website. BUT from here I export it into a LMS (custom program, unfortunately no moodle there) and it is not shown there, when I watch it in IE11. In Firefox and chrome is is there. I cannot put a link in here, because it is password protected. Any idea, why something set in an iframe on another site can be seen in other browsers but not in IE...

Hi Dan!

Could be an http header configuration issue, could be something else. Could you please open the development console by pressing F12, reload the page and check for errors?

Best,

Oliver
