It has been since January 22, cmp. https://h5p.org/post-hub-releases

I assume you refer to https://h5p.org/documentation/installation/content-type-accessibility - that page needs updating. The page https://documentation.h5p.com/content/1290410474004879128 seems to receive more attention.
