I am trying to upload some Image Pairings which were made in different H5p versions. Then I am trying to download from my WordPress site, then upload into another WP site, both are WordPress 5.4, All course type working fine in the new site except Image Pairs

Issue information below

Validating h5p package failed.
File "H5P.ImagePair-1.4/document_wp.php" not allowed. Only files with the following extensions are allowed: json png jpg jpeg gif bmp tif tiff svg eot ttf woff woff2 otf webm mp4 ogg mp3 m4a wav txt pdf rtf doc docx xls xlsx ppt pptx odt ods odp xml csv diff patch swf md textile vtt webvtt js css.Get help

How do I solve the issue like this?

Hi Jeffrey,

Please make sure that you have the latest version of H5P and Image Pairing on the WP you are uploading the content. If so I suggest that you upload your content here so that we can check

Hi Jeffrey,

I was able to upload the content here. You need to make sure that the site you are uploading it into does not have a lower version of the H5P plugin compared to where the content is coming from.

This is my question as well, this file was created with a lower version, but now I am trying to download in the newest version and upload it to the same site or another one with newest WP version, it cannot be uploaded. also got an issue report like the word I mentioned above the first paragraph in this thread. How can I solve?

Thank you for the response, My H5p(1.15.0) plugin was the newest version() as well as WP(5.4), but my server was located in China provided by Ali CLoud (the biggest hosting provider in China). As you may have known, installing WP and updating WP plugins are very hard into the server located in China. I ensure WP and H5P were the newest versions. but all content types in H5p library cannot be updated, below information was given when I was trying to update content types. However, Image Pairing type was up to date, also some image paring H5p files can be upload to create new content, but some are failed to upload. I also try to upload the files I provided previously to this address https://h5p.org/node/add/h5p-content successfully.  But on my site, this file is not allowed to upload. Can you please analyze what effect uploading successfully? Thanks! I attached the screenshot to show the Image Pairing with newest version

The error message you are getting is server related. There are a few things that you can do/check:
