360 Virtual Tour - Browser issues

Hi

My spec are;

Moodle version 3.6.2+

H5P version 1.18

My problems are:

Internet explorer - After clicking through a ramdom number of scenes the screen goes white with no options to do anything.

Google Chrome - Background not showing up, just a white background with the arrows to move to the next screen.

Ipad safari - Background not showing up, just a white background with the arrows to move to the next screen.

Internet Explorer + Microsoft Edge - When going to full screen only 50% of the top half of the screen shows up with everything below just showing a blank black screen.

Everything seems to work fine on edge until i enter full screen but i also need it to work on a mobile platform. Any help would be appciated.

Any way to get full-screen mode on a mobile phone? It would be nice to go full screen. Tried using IOS XR phone Safari, Chrome browsers can make the 360-tour go full screen but it does work perfectly. Activity is embedded in a Canvas course via embed course

Hi Daniel,

Sorry I do not follow. Can you please elaborate on the issue. A screenshot would also help. I just tried this using a similar device with the sample content and I was able to go full screen without issues.
