Where is Course presentation?

Hi 

I can't find course presentation anymore?

 Is it because an update?

Hi Malte,

The test drive feature on H5P.org is intended for users who are trying out H5P for the first time. We are experimenting with limiting the number of content types available to make the test drive experience less overwhelming for new users. To access all H5P content types and use H5P for real see the getting started page.

Hi Gerold,

What you see on the list (13 content types) are the only ones you can create on the site.

Thats fair enough. So it will not be possible to test new features ( like hotspot in course presentation) on hp5.org in the future?

Hi Malte,

I'm not sure, the core team is still to decide if they will cycle the content types in H5P.org. We should have a clearer picture by next week.

Does this mean that 'course presenation' won't be accessible even in the paid version? Or when adding into a site?

Sorry if I wasn't clear, I was pertaining to H5P.org. If you would like to use all the content types you can either install the plugin or sign up for an H5P.com subscription. You can check the Getting Started page for more details.

I have been using H5P.org for the last 2 1/2 years and have used quite a number of the content types and most often have used the course presentation. I no longer see that in the list of content types that I can choose from. Do I now need a paid account to use all the content types?

Hi sraysor,

To provide a best possible experience for new users and to ensure that people use H5P.org only for trying out H5P (we've had more traffic than our server can handle lately, ref also the warnings when you create content, embed content and view the content) we are experimenting with which content types should be available here.

Check the getting started page for information on how you can use all the content types and use H5P for real. We unfortunately are not able to provide free hosting, only free software :) Hopefully you'll consider supporting the H5P Core Team by using H5P.com.
