Where's the Speak The Words activity

Forums:

What happened to the Speak the Words avtivity? This was a great activity for our terminology courses. It helped the student pronounce their medical words properly. Worked GREAT! Please bring it back. When we modify the exisiting activity and add extra questions the fields for the questions and answers doesn't exist.

Hi distributedlearning,

To provide a best possible experience for new users and to ensure that people use H5P.org only for trying out H5P (we've had more traffic than our server can handle lately, ref also the warnings when you create content, embed content and view the content) we are experimenting with which content types should be available here.

Check the getting started page for information on how you can use all the content types and use H5P for real. We unfortunately are not able to provide free hosting, only free software :) Hopefully you'll consider supporting the H5P Core Team by using H5P.com.

Our organization already has a H5P.com account. The Speak Your Words activity isn't there either and the ability to edit the existing Speak Your Words at H5P.com doesn't work either. Can I clone my exisitng Speak Your Words activity and or modify the exisitng activity. BTW, I didn't see anywhere on H5P.com to post a question or to contact anyone.

Hi distributedlearning,

There are some content types that are not turned on by default in H5P.com. To turn them on go to Manage Organization -> Settings -> Content Type Settings.

In regards to contacting support you should have received a confirmation/welcome e-mail from the H5P.com within 24 hours upon registration. You can reply or send an e-mail to that e-mail address to contact H5P.com support.

The activity was turned off. Thank you so much for your help.

Hello,

I'm logged into our pansophiclearning.h5p.com account and under Manage Organization I don't see the "Settings" or "Content Type Settings". I can't find certain activities either.

Hi,

If the options that you have are "Users" and "About Roles" this means that you do not have administrator access but instead a Super User access. Only users with administrator access can see this option.
