Hi Lyn,

Your issue might be related to this thread. To summarize it, there is an issue with uploading files with file extensions in upper case changing it to lower chould resolve the issue.

I have changed the file name to lower case and I am still getting the same message.

Hi Lyn,

I'm sorry I think I wasn't clear enough what I meant with the file extension is the .mp4 or .webm after the actual filename. If the file extensions are already in lower case your issue may be different with the link I provided. If this is the case please provide the information below:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. Sample file that you are uploading
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

If it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen) - updating a video as we had decreased the size - happened yesterday
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle. - Totra LMS
  3. Mobile or Desktop - Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc - Chrome
  5. H5P plugin version - Totra
  6. Sample file that you are uploading - file is to large to share
  7. Any browser console errors - no just the message that it doesn't accept the file type
  8. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

Hi Lyn,

Thank you for the additional information. Would it be possible to share the file using a file sharing website? As it stands I still can't reproduce the issue that you are describing.

Yes I could share the file - who do I sed the link to?

Hi vinodkoushiknzb,

To provide a best possible experience for new users and to ensure that people use H5P.org only for trying out H5P (we've had more traffic than our server can handle lately, ref also the warnings when you create content, embed content and view the content) we are experimenting with which content types should be available here.

Check the getting started page for information on how you can use all the content types and use H5P for real. We unfortunately are not able to provide free hosting, only free software :) Hopefully you'll consider supporting the H5P Core Team by using H5P.com.
