Can't add new content

I can't add new content to my h5p.  I click get, then install, and use and it doesn't load or work.  I am using the most current version according to wordpress.  When I download it from the site and try to upload it, it always comes back as missing libraries and a whole bunch of other errors.  All the previously install content works fine.  I have been trying to add word search and advanced fill in the blanks.

Can someone help?

Hi verbninja,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

If it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

I downloaded .h5p file from website - advanced blanks and word search.

I am using Google chrome on Wordpress.

I have version 1.15 of H5P.  I am using it on a laptop.

I went to add new H5P, clicked the button upload, uploaded the .h5p file (for example the advanced blanks) and this is the error report:

Validating h5p package failed.

Missing required library H5P.AdvancedBlanks 1.0Get help

Missing required library H5P.Question 1.4Get help

Missing required library RactiveJS 0.8Get help

I don't know where to get these libraries to make it work.   Other content such as word search and speak the words have similar errors.

Hey bro, were you able to fix this? I'm getting the same error and I'm new on this.

Thanks in advance.

Hi scs-camilo,

In most cases this is caused by the H5P plugin is an older version than what the content type needs. Updating the plugin should resolve this issue.
