Audio addition button missing

I remember using audio addition button in Course presentation toolbar. next to anchor icon. But now it is not there. How can I not see it? If removed Why?

If you are using H5P.org to create contents you will not see audio along with other activities/objects that can be inserted in Course Presentation. However these will still be available if you use the plugin or H5P. com.
