Interactive Book Results not Saving WordPress

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen) - Create Content in Iteractive Book like add Image Hotspot, Interactive video etc. Here is link shorturl.at/cgkY5
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle. - WordPress 5.6
  3. Mobile or Desktop - All
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc - all devices
  5. H5P plugin version - 1.15.0
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P. - Interactive Book (1.3.1)
  7. Any browser console errors - no
  8. Any PHP errors - no
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem - no
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.) - no
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.) - no

We are having issues in getting Interactive book results saved. Can you please help?

Hi,

The link you provided doesn't seem to be working. You need to make sure that students are clicking on the submit button in the Summary and Submit screen of Interactive Book.

Yes, we have tested the after submission also and it is not working. Can you please check?

And also, I know to save results you need to be loggedin.

Hi himanshuahuja,

2 things I noticed

  1. It did not ask me for a username/password and I can't find anywhere to place it. This is not much of a concern at this point because of the number #2.
  2. The submit button is not showing in the summary screen. Do you have a custom CSS on your site or have edited the codes of IB?

Hello all - I too have been waiting for some movement on this as the Book layout and features would be perfect for my needs. I have been in discussions with Oliver Tacke and potentially have a solution, however, it needs to be funded.

If there are enough of us together, getting this issue addresses wouldn't cost too much, it depends on how many would be willing to contribute. If you are interested in helping this become a reality. If we can get 15 - 20 people into a crowdfund then it would be somewhere between 100 - 200 euros each to get it over the line (all estimates at the moment). 

First things first, if I can get enough interest then I am happy to pull it all together. Absolutely no commitment at this stage, just let me know if you would be interested.
