how to give a user URL option based on results

I am creating a test so that if a user passes a quesiton set, he needs to have a link to a certain page, or be redirected there automatically, and if the  user fails he has URL to a different page. is this possible? The pass/fail video option is currently the only option to display to pass / fail users.

There are these passed and failed commments as well, but they don't seem to support links. Would link support there help?

If you're a programmer you probably would want to listen for xAPI events(completed) and show a popup and/or redirect the user based on their result.
