Fullscreen issue

Is there a way to disable the fullscreen button? This button is a problem when I create an interactive video from within Moodle. I want to disable this button. Do you have a suggestion? width is no problem, but height is not 100%

Hi cguler,

The easiest way is to use a PHP hook, to add your own CSS-file to the content type. Please visit the Visual Changes page for more details.

Hello BV;

Unfortunately, we failed. I want to describe my problem like this. When we upload the interactive video links we created in moodle to our own LMS, the full screen button is problematic. The problem may be caused by an iframe. Do you have an idea? How can we solve?

Hi cguler,

For the community to better understand the issue would you mind elaborating on "the full screen button is problematic". I few more details like 'clicking on it doesn;t do anything' or 'on certain devices [insert description of the issue]'.

Hi Rahul,

It is possible that browser security settings may be causing this, I'm not sure though which one. I tried reproducing this and changing a few settings but the full screen button always works. Can you ask them to check the browser console (usually accessed by pressing F12) and check if there are errors in it.

Hi BV,

the console has error no ajax path found, please find the attachment.

But when tried with same user that has a problem on full screen on my computer, I also get the same error in the console but fullscreen button on presentation is working completely fine on my computer on chrome browser.

The user is also using the the chrome browser, windows computer and latest Versjon 89.0.4389.90 (Offisiell delversjon) (64-bit)

Hi Rahul,

The error message is not causing the issue, however it might cause an issue with scoring. I still think it could be some setting in the browser, another plugin in their browser or security software. Can they try using a different browser and see if it works.
