Video Player: Settings and chapter buttons disappear on mobile
When videos are viewed in portrait mode or in full screen on mobile, both the chapters and settings icons/buttons disappear from the video controls but it is visible when viewed on landscape mode. Is this as expected or is a bug to be fixed.
