What comes after 30 days Free Trial?

Hello,

I am testing 30 days free trial. I am very happy with, but we decided not to use h5p. What will happen when Free Trial ends? Automatically comes paid membership? If so, how i could cancel it? and how i can delete my account?

Thanks in Advance!

Hi Caglar,

No there is no automatic paid subscription. All paid susbcriptions are entered manually by the H5P.com Customer Success team. For more information you check this page on how to reach out to H5P.com support team.

Following on from this. If I make content in the 30 day free trial, will it still be available after this? For example, if I build a course presentation can it still be viewed after this time?

Hi jjw87,

Once the free trial expires you will not be able to access the contents that you created. However prior to it expiring you can download the contents which you can use either with the H5P plugin or a future H5P license.

Hi I have reached the end of my free trial. The message says I can download my created content but I cannot figure out how to do this. I followed the download link above but I cannot find the 'reuse' button. Can you please help?

Hi Entreprenurse,

Can you still log in to your account? If not I suggest that you reach out to the H5P Customer Success Team by sending an email to [email protected].

If you can still login the link I provided have instructions on how to enable the "reuse" button for contents that you want to download.

Thanks so much - I will email them.

Hello,

I'm a student majoring ESL. I'm currently using the free version of  H5P to create content for my learning project in this semester. My project is to create an online teaching website and I've embedded my interactive activities from H5P. I wonder when my Free Trial end, will my teacher still be able to use the activities that I embedded on my website when he assesses my  project?
I look forward to your response since I really admire your interesting and helpful teaching & learning tools.

Thanks in advance

Hi ThoaiLe,

I'm afraid this is not possible. The access to the contents will not be possible once the trial ends.
