Single choice Yes/No question

Sorry, new to this and there is maybe a really simple solution but is there a way to have a more decribed answer appear if a user gets a question correctly? In other words maybe a pop up message that expands on the answer rather than it just accepting the question and moving on to the next one? I notice there is a comments box but this is only displayed as a question mark and needs to be clicked and is easily missed.

I hope this makes sense?!!

Hi Shay,

Single Choie Set does not have an option to provide feedback per question. However there are several content types that can do this, Multiple Choice which can act similarly to Single Choice has an option to provide feedback depending on the answer the user chose. You can use Quiz (Question Set) so that you have the option to create multiple questions.
