Download available H5P content types from h5p.org - failed

Hi, all,

When run the scheduled task to download H5P content types, it shows error as follow:

"moodle_database::update_record_raw() id field must be specified"

MariaDB restarted but without any success.

The environment is: 

IIS 10 on windows server 2022

PHP 7.4.3

Moodle 4.0.2

MariaDB 10.3

Scheduled task failed: Download available H5P content types from h5p.org (core\task\h5p_get_content_types_task),偵測到原始碼錯誤，必須由程式設計師修復：moodle_database::update_record_raw() id field must be specified.

Sounds like an issue with moodle's custom H5P integration.
