Multiple choice does not record score if no answer checked is the correct answer

I have an interactive video with multiple choice question where the correct answer is to answer nothing at all.

When student clicks on the "check" button, the activity tells that they got 1/1 as score, which is correct. But the task is not marked as completed on the video timeline. The task also does not appear in the submit screen. 

However, if a student selects one of the options and then unselects the same option (i.e. nothing is checked) and cliks on the "check" button, the taks is marked as completed on the time line. The task now appears on the submit screen but is recorded in the gradbook incorrectly.

Hi mronkko,

Firstly your concern has been initially answered here (I also attached a screenshot).

Before filing a bug report I tried to reproduce the issue and below are my findings:

  1. Not clicking any answer - You are correct the MCQ does not show up in the Submit Screen. And when submitted the MCQ still shows up in the reports/Gradebook.
  2. Selecting and unselecting an option - You are also correct that in this case it shows in the Submit Screen. However with the tests that I did the scores that were sent to the gradebook are correct.

I'd like to request that you double check the 2nd scenario since I cannot reproduce the issue and will not be able to completely file the report.
