Sequential/numbered Hotspots to reflect the importance of correct sequences

We have a requirement to add hotspots to images to depict a specific squence (eg. medical procedures that need to follow a specific order and where the hotspots are numbered with alpha/numerics). This is similar to using the Steps tool in Snagit for example (Step Tool | Snagit | TechSmith).

There actually has been a pull-request for that feature for a while. https://github.com/h5p/h5p-image-hotspots/pull/54
