Content not showing if displayed under tabs module

Hello,

I hope someone can help me with my problem.

I'm using the H5P Plugin under the latest Wordpress Version.
It is working fine, except if I display the created content under a Tabs Module of the WPBakery Page Builder then it won't show.

If I post the shortcode in any tab it won't display anything. The tab is going to be white. If I reload the page the content will be displayed.
This problem only occurs with any "tab" kind of module of the page builder.

Is it possible to edit any theme file that the h5p content is being loaded? Or any other possible solutions for this?

Kind Regards

Hi!

This is commonly asked on the forum and there's a dedicated page describing that issue: https://h5p.org/manipulating-h5p-with-javascript. The Resize plugin may be a viable workaround.

Best,

Oliver

Hey,

thank your for your answer.

Do you mayb know if I can post the Javascript Code in any theme file? Or does it have to be a specific one?

You'd have to add the resize trigger to the file that handles the tabs. There probably already is some event handler that is called when you change tabs. That's what you need to look for. Could be in a theme, could be in a plugin - whatever is providing it.

I saw the plugin mentioned many times. I encountered the same issue in Canvas free for teachers. How should I use the plugin? Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks1

Hi!

It's a plugin for WordPress. It will not work in Canvas.

Hi longhe,

To add to what Oliver mentioned, if you are using H5P.com to host your contents I suggest that you reach out to the Customer Success team by sending an email to [email protected].
