How to customize interactive videos' default settings?

My boss wants me to enable "Disable navigation - forward" in "Behavioural Settings" all the time (default "None"), so people who posts videos don't have to manually set it everytime. Can someone give me some instructions? Thank you!

That's where you would use the "alter_semantics" hook as part of a separate plugin in order to override the default setting of the "preventSkippingMode" field, please cmp. the respective customization page for your platform at https://h5p.org/node/2692
