Adding already existing questions to a quiz and publish it

Hello to everybody out.

I just installed the h5p plugin on an apache2 webserver running wordpress. All in all everything works fine and as expected. I just have 2 little beginners questions:

1.) I want to create a Quiz containing different questions. Is it somehow possible to put in questions that I have careated before and saved (e.g. multiple choice, right/wrong etc...) or do I have to write all questions again in the quiz applet?

2.) What is the best way of making the content accessible? I fancy using the wordpress so that the group can just open the website on their (mobile) devices and start working. How do I do this?

Hi Wolfgang!

  1. You can copy existing content and paste it to compound content types such as Question Set or Course Presentation. Please compare https://campus.oercamp.de/lessons/besondoerheit-bei-h5p-kopieren-und-einfuegen/ (assuming you speak German).
  2. Not entirely sure what you mean, but most H5P content types should be accessible (in terms of WCAG) and responsive and work on any device.

Thanks a lot for your helpful answer. I will check out the link you shared with me (yes, luckily I can speak both - German and English :) ).

With question Nr.2 I just wanted to know if it is a good way to share the created content on wordpress (as h5p plugin runs on wordpress in my case anyway). Because I think it's an easy access for the groups. They just open the wordpress page in the browsers on their devices and can check out the entries where I embedded the h5p content. In your opinion, is this a good way?

That's what many people present their content like and I don’t see any trouble with that approach.

Thanks again for your answer and sorry for my late reply. Well it's possible for me now to add content to quizzes with the copy and paste. But it is just possible to add a few types of tasks to quizzes. The most tasks (like image spot searching etc. cannot be addded :(    Or is there anything I do wrong?

You cannot paste anything, but only those content types that you could use as subcontent in the first place.
