H5p video and other related not appear

Hi,

Please help. My H5P video and other interactive cannot seen in the page.

Using Moodle 3.9, OS ubuntu.

As attached is the issues.

Error appear when try to install the plugin or add contents of H5p to our website.

 

  1. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.

 

Moodle 3.9++, Azure Cloud and Cloudflare

 

  1. Mobile or Desktop

 

Both

 

  1. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc

 

All

 

  1. H5P plugin version

 

Using the H5p websoite

 

  1. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.

 

All the plugin

 

  1. Any browser console errors

 

as attached

 

  1. Any PHP errors

 

None

 

  1. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

 

as attached

 

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)

 

Changing os from centos to ubuntu

Changing database from mariadb to mysql

 

  1. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

 

None
