variable points in multiple choice questions

Hi. It would be helpful if we could assign different points to responses in a multiple choice question. For example, if a question had 4 responses, response A could be worth 5 points, response B could be worth 3, and responses C and D could both be worth zero points. This would provide some helpful options when designing sets of questions. Thanks.

Similarly, it would be helpful if we could create a question set and define the points associated with each question. for example, Question 1 could be worth 6 points, Question 3 could be worth 2 points, etc.,
